#382 SOLO - How Much Could Your Life Change Before Christmas?

How much could your life change between now and Christmas? Not next year. Not over the next five years. The next three months. Right now, I’m deliberately working harder, saying no to more things and narrowing my focus because I believe the opportunity in front of me warrants it. I call this a Season of Push. In this solo special, I break down why I’m sprinting until the end of 2026, how to decide whether something in your own life deserves a period of disproportionate effort, and how to structure that sprint without trying to live this way forever. Expect to learn: Why I think about life in seasons rather than constantly chasing balanceHow to decide whether an opportunity actually deserves a sprintThe three things every successful sprint needs: Direction, Intensity and EnvironmentWhy working harder is useless without a defined destinationHow to turn your goals into specific daily and weekly inputsHow I use the More, Better, New framework when results aren't arrivingWhy achieving more can require subtraction rather than adding more habitsThe trade-offs I've personally made during my current Season of PushHow to time-box your calendar around what genuinely mattersWhy your leisure time and social environment still matter when you're locked inHow to measure progress without giving up too quicklyWhy every sprint needs a finish line I also share examples from previous periods where I've deliberately increased the intensity, including the six months of prospecting that transformed my sales career and the mistakes I made during the first 100 episodes of CamBro Conversations. The challenge is simple: What could materially change in your life if you gave one important goal disproportionate focus, effort and attention between now and Christmas? Pick the destination. Identify the inputs. Build the environment. Decide what you're willing to temporarily say "not now" to. Then get after it. #381 Paul Cogan - How to Dress Well: The Rules Every Man Should Know

Today’s conversation is with Paul Cogan. Paul dresses some of Dubai’s most influential men. As the man behind DressingDubai and part of Suited & Booted, he has a unique insight into how successful men think about their appearance, what they wear and the impression they make before they’ve even said a word. So what can the rest of us learn from the way these men dress? In this episode, we explore the psychology of dressing well, how men’s style has changed, what’s actually in and out for 2026, and the simple rules any man can use to dress better. We also break down how to build a great wardrobe without owning hundreds of pieces, dressing for the Dubai heat and how AI is helping change the way we buy clothes. Expect to learn: What Paul has learned from dressing some of Dubai’s most successful menThe psychology behind dressing well and the halo effectWhy the era of skinny jeans and skin-tight clothing is overWhat’s actually in and out for men in 2026Why fit and proportion matter more than how much your clothes costHow different body shapes should approach clothingThe essential pieces for building a versatile men’s wardrobeWhere to spend money and where you can saveHow to dress well in the Dubai heatHow AI, virtual try-ons and visualisation could change menswearThe one thing every man could change to immediately dress better Whether you’re already interested in menswear or simply want to look better without spending hours thinking about clothes, this episode is a practical guide to dressing with more confidence, intention and style. #380 SOLO Q&A - My Best Investment, Sales Psychology & The Dubai Update

I’m back with an overdue solo Q&A covering sales, business, health, mindset, money and life. This one goes from the practical -  how I’d rebuild a business from zero, why closing problems usually start much earlier in the sales process and what businesses get wrong about motivating salespeople -  to the more personal. I talk about my early struggles in sales, transitioning from employment to building my own business, my best investment, the latest from Dubai and what I hope life looks like by episode 480. Expect to learn: My top lessons across sales, health and mindsetWhy “boring” businesses can be great businessesHow I went from nervous cold caller to generating six figures in commissionWhy incentives shape sales cultureHow I’d rebuild from zero in 90 daysMy approach to taking calculated risks in businessWhy the podcast might be the best investment I’ve ever madeThe latest on Dubai, SOS and what comes nextPlus investing, peptides, golf and the increasingly important subject of my hair As always, thank you to everyone who sent questions in. #379 - 9 Sales Lessons From Coaching 125+ Business Owners & Their Teams

Over the last year, I’ve coached more than 125 business owners and their sales teams across property and real estate, financial services, insurance, marketing, fitness, construction, design and more. Different businesses. Different customers. Different price points. But remarkably similar sales problems. In this solo episode, I’m breaking down nine of the biggest lessons I’ve learned from going inside these businesses, reviewing how they sell and helping them improve their results. Expect to learn: Why you might have a sales process problem rather than a sales problemThe discovery mistake I see salespeople make constantlyWhy communicating value doesn't mean your prospect actually sees itWhy most closing problems start much earlier in the conversationHow consistency creates a healthier pipelineWhy structure can create more sales confidence than charismaHow your pipeline directly affects your psychology when sellingWhy so many good opportunities die during follow-upWhy great selling looks increasingly like leadership rather than persuasion These lessons don't operate independently. Your prospecting affects your pipeline. Your pipeline affects your mindset. Your discovery affects how you communicate value. Your value affects objections. And all of it influences how easily you can guide someone towards a decision. That's why I increasingly think about sales as an operating system rather than a collection of individual techniques. #378 Joe Gibson - The Busy Man’s Blueprint to Getting Lean, Strong & Fit

Today’s conversation is with Joe Gibson, founder of the Athletic Aesthetic. Joe is an online fitness coach who helps professional men build what he calls the Athletic Aesthetic - a body that looks muscular and lean but can also perform. Joe has personally run a sub-3-hour marathon while maintaining significantly more muscle than your typical endurance athlete, and is now pushing towards a sub-2:45 marathon. In this episode, we break down exactly how to combine strength training, running, nutrition and recovery without allowing fitness to take over your life. We build out a hybrid training programme for the busy professional, explore how lean you can realistically stay year-round, and discuss why high performers who are incredibly disciplined in business can still struggle to apply the same standards to their health. Expect to learn: What the Athletic Aesthetic is and why more men are moving towards hybrid trainingWhether you can genuinely be muscular, strong and endurance fit at the same timeHow to structure lifting and running across a weekHow much Zone 2 and interval training you actually needHow to use protein and carbohydrates when combining lifting with endurance trainingThe biggest fitness mistakes Joe sees ambitious professionals makingWhat your minimum effective training should look like during a brutal week at workWhy sacrificing sleep to train isn't necessarily disciplineWhat successful people unnecessarily overcomplicate about fitnessWhat Joe needs to change to go from a sub-3 to a sub-2:45 marathon We bring everything together into The Busy Man's Blueprint - stripping fitness back to the actions that matter most and creating an approach you can sustain alongside a demanding career, business and social life. The goal isn't to make fitness your life. It's to build a body that looks good, performs well and supports everything else you want to do. #377 - Build a Personal Brand That Pays

This conversation was originally recorded on The Charlie Johnson Show, where Charlie Johnson interviewed me about the journey behind CamBro Conversations, building my sales coaching business, and the lessons I’ve learned from more than six years of creating content, and over a decade working in sales. We unpack what it takes to build a top 1% podcast through consistency, why I’m increasingly bullish on long-form content in an AI-driven world, and how to turn attention and content into conversations, clients and revenue. We also go deeper into identity, process thinking, delayed gratification and the compounding effect of staying in the game for long enough. Alongside business, we discuss environment design, making better decisions, and deliberately building a life that supports high performance. And towards the end, we move into the macro - including my concerns about the direction of the UK, socialism, incentives and why the environment you live and operate in matters. This is a wide-ranging conversation covering podcasting, sales, entrepreneurship, personal development, high performance and politics - and an opportunity to hear more of the story and thinking behind what I've been building with CamBro and my coaching business. #376 Dec Kelly - Your Life Can Change So Much in 6 Months

Today’s conversation is the return of Dec Kelly to CamBro Conversations. When Dec last joined me in December 2023, things looked incredibly successful from the outside, but behind the scenes he was questioning his identity as “the crypto guy”, dealing with burnout and beginning to think seriously about making some major changes to his life. Almost three years later, a lot has changed. Dec has moved to Dubai, stepped away from the public-facing side of Crypto Glasgow, expanded his thinking beyond crypto into other investments, built two new YouTube channels, turned his passion for collectibles into a growing business and gone from being coached himself to now coaching others. This conversation is about what happens when you’re willing to reinvent yourself rather than remaining trapped by the success and identity you’ve already built. We also explore one of the biggest themes running through Dec's story: life can change so much in six months. Never stop pushing. You don't necessarily need the complete plan before taking action. Dec Collects started with an interest in wrestling cards, but as he stepped forward, opportunities emerged across YouTube monetisation, affiliates, digital products and e-commerce.
