    Intro to Change of Life Podcast

    In this episode, we introduce our podcast and it's purpose to help us all as we go through changes.  Through all the decades of our life.   Teenagers, adults, marriage, divorce, menopause, andropause, gender transitions, seniors, ... change comes throughout our lives at all ages and stages.  And even though menopause is my current stage as your host we'll not just be talking about one type of change, but all the changes of life. Including, the change  now sweeping across the world and our society as we navigate the new contact-less society facing us through the early self-distancing phase of coronovirus.   We can thrive with a balance of compassion, knowledge, and a sense of humour.  I hope you'll join me in sharing a variety of thoughts, concerns, ideas, and lightness as we each go through our change of life -- at whatever stage and age you may be in right now.
