台灣人台灣事

我正在學台語。這podcast有好大的幫助。內容很有趣。不但可以學台語，也可以學到很多歷史。每個podcast我都聽幾次。

我們就是住在鹿港的郭姓家族，家族確實有祭拜祖先跟婚喪喜慶不可以拜豬肉的習俗。

Growing up in America, I only ever spoke Taiwanese with my parents, except for trips every few years back to Taiwan to visit family. Even there, I never watched any TV or listened to any radio programs in Taiwanese. Although I consider Taiwanese my first language, my vocabulary was pretty limited, as was my awareness of Taiwanese culture and history. This podcast has not only greatly expanded my exposure to Taiwanese, it has opened my eyes to the rich and beautiful history of Taiwan and Taiwanese people. I look forward to every episode and am so thankful to the host for the careful and detailed dedication she puts into her research and production. I can’t recommend this podcast highly enough to any speaker of Taiwanese, including heritage speakers like me. Thank you so much for bringing this culture and language so vividly to life for all of us, and keep up the excellent work!!
