    Hey sis! Glad your back, If you listened to the first 2 seasons of this podcast this episode it was just me sharing some tips that helped me get un-stuck. It's one thing to want to get out of the funk but another to put in the work. Nothing in life comes easy except the grace of God. Even with the grace of God you have to accept it to see its fruits.     Episode 20: Lets Talk Grief & Mental Health #get-unstuck

    This video was extremely hard for me to make, I really got vulnerable and personal in sharing this. Losing a sibling or a loved one is such a hard and personal thing to deal with. Sharing it with the world is even scarier. I told myself if this channel is about helping people get unstuck then maybe I can share my personal struggles when dealing with grief. I want to share my realistic journey in the hopes of helping someone watching this video. My brothers legacy and life will live on ! & this is a realistic way I can keep his memory alive. To my family this may be hard to watch but our brother is the inspiration for me to continue to encourage and inspire others. Disclaimer I am not a psychiatrist nor a therapist if you are dealing with depression or any mental health issues please consult a specialist.
