    We all go through seasons in our lives. I believe I'm at the shedding/pruning stage and it's painful.  Difficult to the point where anxiety has kicked in the doors that held me mentally stable.  It's new territory and  I'm scared. My soul craves stillness and clarity but doesn't know how to.  But I'm giving myself permission to feel and experience these new and old emotions, to let them be, give them a voice and then let them go.
