    “Fitness is a state of the mindset”. My name is Berenice Arroyo, the founder of this podcast. Thru my imperfections and facing troublesome battles I have come to know faith (God), not thru practicing religion, but by practicing spirituality and prayer. Nothing else. Growing up in a religious home, I was never in tune with faith until I faced a near death experience, illnesses in my family, depression and anxiety, it wasn’t until I lost it all and faced homelessness that I became drawn to my faith. I want you to know God the way I’ve come to known him, tune in to my podcast, I will be sharing personal life experiences that I hope will bring light to this world and to you. In short God is love and forgiveness, and learning to fall and get back up stronger, wearing your pain with a smile.
