SISTERHOOD: Episode 7, In Conversation with Mali Hayes on Spirituality, Music, Mindfulness and Personal Growth

Hear SISTERHOOD ( @louiseavey ) and the insanely talented and wise soul that is @malihayes grace our ears for this weeks' podcast episode. We talk about spirituality, music, mindfulness, personal growth, dance and taking time off! We talk of what we have learnt since we met some time ago (over ten years), how our lives have spiraled in different directions but how heart and soul has always been the driving force of what we do. We credit Company Fierce ( @houseofghetto_mcr / @darrenpritcharddance ) for bringing us together and for sparking our creativity to go into our respective fields, music and writing.  As well as being a chat amongst old friends and kindred souls, it is an exploration of lives greatest teachers, learning to say no, to speak out and step back, to stop writing lists and to start your very own You day (planning my Louise day immediately!). We hope this resonates and you find some healing within this podcast episode, as now more than ever, it is needed. Remember the struggle that is happening right now, get uncomfortable and use your privilege for good, for justice, for what is right.  What better time to announce our sisters circle collaboration with SISTERHOOD ( @sisterhoodcreativecommunity ) and The Sisters' Circle ( @the.sisterscircle ) which will take place on the 6th June at 7pm.
