    SISTERHOOD welcomes the beautiful Honor Collins will be talking about her grief journey of losing her partner, whilst I open up about losing my mum, for the first time. Our grief episode will be released at 12pm on Sunday. The synchronicity of the coincidental timing, as it is National Grief Awareness Week, feels reassuring that the timing is right. This has been months in the making. Both Honor and I hope it will help others and shed some light on a topic that needs to be discussed much more! Expect honest conversation with talk of 'toast' moments, funerals, laughter, travel, sisterhood, bereavement and loss. The message is how all of this informs our growth throughout our life journey 🌈.     SISTERHOOD: Episode 7, In Conversation with Mali Hayes on Spirituality, Music, Mindfulness and Personal Growth

    Hear SISTERHOOD ( @louiseavey ) and the insanely talented and wise soul that is @malihayes grace our ears for this weeks' podcast episode. We talk about spirituality, music, mindfulness, personal growth, dance and taking time off! We talk of what we have learnt since we met some time ago (over ten years), how our lives have spiraled in different directions but how heart and soul has always been the driving force of what we do.
