They change their menu every 4 seasons & try to focus on cooking the vegetables in season & locally sourced. Emily discusses how their business has adapted to the new social distancing restrictions. Partnerships- Focusing on how to connect & promote local business maintain their previous relationships with local farmers to sustain their normal. They have also found ways to continue supporting their community by partnering with local farmers to create CSA boxes to their clients. They add their signature dressings as a twist.
