    Meet, Ire Aderinokun - Nigeria's first female Google Developer Expert, Cofounder and COO of BuyCoins (YC S18), a cryptocurrency exchange for Africa.

    Ire Aderinokun is a self-taught Frontend Developer and User Interface Designer from Lagos, Nigeria. She is the Cofounder, COO, and VP Engineering of BuyCoins (YC S2018), a cryptocurrency exchange for Africa, and previously worked with eyeo, the company behind products like Adblock Plus and Flattr Plus, building open source software to make a better internet. Ire is a Google Expert, specializing in the core frontend technologies HTML, CSS, and Javascript, but is passionate about all aspects of technology. She has written over 100 articles on these topics on her blog, bitsofco.de, and regularly shares her knowledge through speaking at conferences around Africa and the world.     Upasna is the Product Manager on the E-Commerce team at CNN where she develops and optimizes the technological infrastructure that powers the domain. Prior to her Product Management role at CNN, Upasna worked in SEO and data science for a decade and has architected and managed the organic search strategies for PCMag, Mashable, Ford Motor Company, Valvoline, Mars Corporation, Mars Pet Food, Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, and Kimberly-Clark.     Location: Stockholm, Sweden Dr. Elina Berglund Scherwitzl, Co-founder and CEO of Natural Cycles - the world’s first, and only, app to be certified as a contraception by the FDA in the U.S. and CE marked in Europe. Prior to founding Natural Cycles, Elina was part of the team that discovered the Higgs boson at the CERN laboratory, which led to the Nobel Prize in physics in 2013. Following this success, Elina was looking for an effective, natural birth control and decided to apply her skills from particle physics to create a unique algorithm that could accurately pinpoint when a woman was fertile.
