    Include Anger Management

    Doctors say resentment, which is just another word for anger, eats at your stomach lining, attacks your immune system, and can cause you to have heart problems, cancers, and other physical, social, and emotional disorders. And that's not all! It preoccupies your mind, drains your energy, and cripples your creativity. Did you hear what I just said?     Here’s a question for you. Are you sure about love? I am! Happy Valentine’s Day to my wife Debbie Heidt. We are coming up on our 36-year anniversary and being high school sweethearts, we have been together over 40 years. I’m sure like many men, and I’m sure many women too, I do not tell my love enough over the other 364 days of the year how much I appreciate and love her. So here it goes…Debbie I love you and appreciate you loving me back and making the world a better place! Thank you for the daily love commitment example you show me. I love you so much! Here is the best explanation of love I have ever heard. Ready…Love is not a feeling; It's a decision. It's not something you experience; it's something you choose to do. It's not an emotion; It's an ability. It's not something that happens to you; It's something you nurture an orchestrate and develop. Aim…Love is a deliberate and determined act of the will.     Make It A Personal Growth Experience - Go S.E.E.

    Make it a personal growth experience! Before you confront someone over an issue, stop and examine your motives. Is your goal to help or humiliate them? Ask yourself, would you approach things differently if you weren't so personally involved? Are you confronting this person to make yourself look better? Cutting someone else down in order to lift yourself up is the lowest form of ego gratification. Poet Kahlil Gibran said to belittle, you need to be little. Don't do it! I know a great way to start new growth. Go SEE! What the heck does that mean Mark. Well GO means to take action and move. SEE is an acronym for S – Speak E – Encouragement E – Everyday! That’s it!     Stop Trying To Rescue Them

    Stop trying to rescue them. It is a mistake to cling to someone when God is telling you to let them go. It may require letting them hit the bottom before they rise again. You remember the story of Jonah and the whale. Jonah's problem wasn’t that he didn't Love God, it was that he didn't want to do God's will. So, God resorted to extreme measures to get his attention and push him towards his destiny.     Can you Conquer big problems in the world? Do you know how to win life's battles? Perhaps you are competitive like me and get angry not being able to identify victory.     Teammate...Yes You! Are You One Them?

    If teammates must be able to depend on one another, then are your motives pure? Do you have a strong sense of responsibility? How about the sound thinker? That just means as a teammate you are in good condition. Do you have a consistent contribution to your team? You need to know that consistency takes more than talent. You need to have a deep level of character that enables people (your teammates) to follow through no matter how tired, distracted, or overwhelmed, they are. Team…it’s not enough that we do our best; sometimes we must do what’s required!
