    Stop procrastinating and start showing compassion

    We all lack every once in a while. But it’s time to wake up! Set your priorities for TODAY straight and get down to it. Do not worry about tomorrow, just focus on today. If you do the work today. Tomorrow will figure itself out as you face it… you guessed it, tomorrow. Be compassionate with yourself and know that all there is to do is to learn from our missteps and shape them into a better more effective approach to TODAY.

    Life will turn YOUR side if you just WORK

    I am amazed once again at how positive life can be when you look at it from the right point of view. Just put in the hours. It doesn’t have to be much today, but do something. You’re either getting better or worse. Take it one small amount at a time. Small changes make big results. Rome wasn’t built on a day. Ok enough w the cheesy phrases.

    Will you MOVE or LAY DOWN?

    Everyday we have a choice. We decide wether we move closer to our goals one brick at a time, or we lay down and move backwards by looking at our goals as far away and a waste of our time. We know where each decision will take us. If we MOVE(even if we fail): we will feel accomplished and positive. When we LAY DOWN: everything seems negative and unreachable. I’m not suggesting to work like a mindless robot, but rather to recognize where each decision will take us before we make them(since we’ve been through them before).

    Why would you erase everything about that person?

    It’s wrong to define a person or a phase in your life as being objectively and purely bad or negative. “Negative things happen, but negative thoughts only make them worse”.

    try waking up early

    Waking up earlier than you or than other people usually do, has some great advantages to your daily routine, your mood, your productivity and your perspective on life. So I suggest, if you don’t do it already, try it out for a couple of weeks or days. It doesn’t have to be everyday. Maybe start with only the weekdays or 3 times a week. So you inherit the benefits of waking up alongside the sun.

    How do you want to remember this moment in time?

    Sometimes we grasp too much on the negatives and what we didn’t do right, but is it actually helpful to hit ourselves on the wrists that much? I think not. No matter what your situation is now nor how bad you f****d up yesterday, smile at life and enjoy it. Do the work, it wont be perfect, but at least you’re headed in the right direction. Smile at the present:).
