    The Hoop Journey with FIL-AM Nation Select and Edge Basketball Founder Christian Gopez

    Coach Christain has a long history with hoop. Excelled as a player in the inner city that led to a college opportunity that led to a professional opportunity in the Philippines.  Christain has given back to the hoop community, first through Edge Basketball. He has mentored and guided multiple players to the next level. Most recently, a lottery pick in the NBA Draft. Onyeka “Big O” Okongwu started under coach Christain and this Edge Program. Christain recently started the FIL-AM Nation Select organization. Where the mission is to educate our FIL-AM Nation Select players & parents the opportunities to play back home in the Philippines. A place we all call the “Motherland”.     Join My Kaizen Journey!

    12 weeks boot camp. Every week Diet of your choice but you must let us know what it is. Diet 6 days a week.. Cheat is Sunday Workout for 60 minutes a day..6 days a week. 1 workout must be outdoors. Rest day is Sunday Read 10 pages of a book a day..that will get you better. You have to let us know what it is.. when finished write a 5 things you learned ..and implement 1. Do 1 good deed a day to help someone else /////// weekly challenges on top of boot camp ////// First challenge Be in cold water for 5 minutes everyday this week.     The truth is, few organizations had or have a robust, agile SDLC system in place to continuously deploy features and fixes to their users. But times have changed, that was 1990 Duke basketball. The world has shifted towards Runnin Rebels hoops. We live in a world where the developers are setting the trends and changing the culture. They are the driving force of the next revolution. Think of any leading market, from drones to self-driving cars, to augmented reality.. It is all driven by software and developers. It has NEVER been easier to be creative, take chances, and empower developers than TODAY.   The risk facing companies is no longer on application deployment or infrastructure cost and resources. The risk lies in taking your Fab 5 and Runnin Rebels talent and confining them to a Duke system. Unable to take advantage of the superpowers technology has granted them.
