Episode 13: Predator 2 (1990)

Greatings, loyal listeners I know it's been a very long time since (what assume is vour favorite podcast) The Hypersleep Pod released a full length episode, but the Mayor has really been eating our ass about it lately, so we've finally gotten around to editing one of several episodes we recorded over the past two vears but were too busy (lazy) to release... This episode about the criminally underrated 90s sci-fi action masterpiece, Predator 2! This cocaine fueled exploration of the classic rivalry between Columbian and Jamaican drug cartels in a grim alternate 90s timeline has everything you could ever want in a film. Cops obstructing freedom of the press with physical violence? yes. Voodoo blood magic? Of course. Gary Busey getting cut in half with a frisbee? yes, obviously... And if you like Danny Glover yelling until his eyeballs are about to pop out of his skull, well this is the movie for you, friend. So please ioin us for an in depth conversation about Star Trek: Enterprise, the movie Baby's Day Out for some reason, and also the other stuff I mentioned above I guess.
