For instance, Sarah, a disaster relief specialist, can now respond to emergencies remotely while coordinating with her team effectively. Second, the American Red Cross invested in digital tools to improve collaboration and communication. John, a volunteer coordinator, uses video conferencing software to connect with volunteers across the country. Finally, they focused on trust and accountability, fostering a results-driven culture. As a result, Susan, a marketing manager, enjoys more autonomy in her role while achieving her targets.
