WhatsUp- Broad mental health app using CBT and ACT to help cope with anxiety, depression, and other mental illnesses. Moodkit- Another app founded on CBT principles. Yay! Talkspace- Online therapy! Meditation Resources: Calm Headspace Insight Timer - These three apps are widely used for mindfulness training, and I have many friends who have had great experiences.
