Order of Operations

Nicki and Libby are sharp as can be. And a fresh voice to the new ways of leadership. Too often it feels like we’re bombarded with the old style of leadership that’s just ineffective in today’s real world environment, and these two help shatter that old school ceiling for ideas and tips that help now, not re-living things that worked 30 years ago. It’s also great to hear two voices from young women in a field that’s predominantly filled with old men. One thing I noticed though, is that Libby calls her multi-unit management team “Regional Directors” while Nicki calls hers “District Managers.” While both could work, it seems like “Regional Directors” would probably be more accurate to their job? I don’t know, just a thought. Either way, keep up the fantastic work! It’s a listen than I look forward to every week!
