Ashleigh’s life changed completely when she had the opportunity to live under the palm trees in Los Angeles for a year, and we talk about how it shaped her business and her personal growth. Ashleigh is the founder of Pink Palms, a wedding design studio based in London. Needing an outlet for her interior design training and love of colour, Pink Palms was created after realising that modern, design - led couples weren't able to create a wedding that felt like a reflection of them, with it's mission to modernise the wedding industry at its core. Ashleigh now also runs Bungalow, an online membership for couples to plan & design their weddings with expert help and teaches other event professionals how to intuitively design for their clients through a range of digital courses. Her work has been produced by various British theatres, including Royal Shakespeare Company and The Royal Court.She teaches on The Royal Court’s prestigious Intro to Playwriting Group, as well as leading masterclasses for several theatre and educational institutions.Somalia is passionate about helping people to cultivate their imaginations and reclaim their narratives. Having long known the transformative power of the written word, she incorporates her skills both as a writer, and intuitive writing coach to encourage others to forge ahead with bringing pen to paper - particularly those that are yet to recognise that we are all indeed, creative souls by design.She has several projects in development for stage, screen and audio platforms, and is very excited for the next cohort of writers that she will support in her one to one clinics.Somalia took the leap moving from London to New York at the end of 2019, and it has been a journey of discovery once 2020 took the turn that none of us were expecting.     Vasiliki Prestidge is a linguist, translator, and interpreter. She is originally from Cyprus, growing up in Cyprus and Greece, and now living in London and running a hugely successful business, Greek to Me Translations. Her clients vary from embassies to corporate businesses, to nursing homes, to couples wanting to get married in Greece. We discuss being tri-cultural, the human element of interpreting, and how a comment from her uncle (and a cheese and pickle sandwich in a car park) started her love affair with England.

    Amanda Cutting is a global theatre and intimacy director. She is based in Calgary, Alberta, but spends more time on planes than anyone I have ever met before. We met in a chance encounter when she came to visit a hotel in rural Hertfordshire where I used to run an open-air Shakespeare festival. She ended up directing a show there the following year, and our working relationship and friendship blossomed from there. During our conversation we talk about Amanda’s methods of settling in a new place, how to create relationships beyond language barriers, and the growth of the Intimacy Directing movement across the globe following the Times Up movement.
