Listened to “15 Weight Loss Motivation Tips”. I love the thought of loving your body instead of thinking you are depriving it of something. It is a much better outlook and more motivating. Mindful eating is also a must! When we eat while watching TV we can consume way more than we need. It is good to have goals that we can see and look forward to. The part about planning for obstacles is very key. Since setbacks are not in the way but on the way to our destination. Drinking a glass of water during cravings is a great tip as well. Sometimes we think we’re hungry when we’re just thirsty. This is a great podcast! Learned so much in just a short time! Recommend this to anyone looking for information on health and health coaches.
