S03E05 Cinema in tempi interessanti. Parte II

A lot of brackets-in-brackets-in-brackets while we delve into cinema in interesting times like the ones we're experiencing, hoping it will end soon. Then we talk about arthouse films and how the hype can turn them into-absolute-movie-to-watch, with all the pros and cons of the case. Then Les Miserables (increasingly topical these days), Tenet and the fate of cinema in theaters and finally the colorful world of Midnight Gospel, hallucinating and highly recommended.

S03E04 Cinema in tempi interessanti. Parte I

Forse. A loooong introduction and rambling digressions before-during-after a short speech about the cinema of these strange and interesting times (recorded when we didn’t know anything about the reopening of theatres). In closing, a failed attempt of Deepfake Technique to be the king of the calls and a Coenian film proposal. From the next time, we promise, we'll also have funny sounds and music. Maybe.

Confused as usual or maybe more, here we are with the third episode recorded at the beginning of quarantine. Freewheeling we talk about what to read-but-mostly-see during lockdown and we publish it now that we begin to see an end horizon. Oscar for timing.

Some absent-minded comments on the Oscar night, crazy things in Sanremo and a brief comparison between Sex Education and Big Mouth.
