Welcome to my podcast, “We’re all sick, we’re just lying about it”. I came up with the name on my drive home I thought it was funny and interesting. My podcast will be focusing mainly on mental health as someone who struggles with mental health myself and I will talk about my journey as well. I mostly am doing this in the hopes of helping other people not just myself and be able to get my story out there.
