Getting a Taste is Better Than the Real Thing

Next Stop... Parks Central. This week, host Charly Shelton gets some feelings off his chest, with a historical view to why the virus is more dangerous with travel and how going to smaller events — like food festivals or even just grabbing dinner at Universal CityWalk — can be better than going to a full theme park day right now. COVID Kills Halloween

What a bummer. One of our panelists, Norm Gidney from HorrorBuzz.com, is understandably upset . We talk about the ramfications of the cancellation and what we would like to see in future haunts. A Zip-A-Dee-Do-Difficult Decision

This episode, host Charly Shelton jumps into a solo podcast to wax philosophic on the new issue of the Princess and the Frog overlay suggested for Splash Mountain. This is a difficult decision, one I don't feel qualified to make if I had to, but the discussion can be a good exercise to enlighten and help to promote understanding. I can only speak from my perspective and the opinions expressed here are my own, but if you disagree with me or agree wholeheartedly, I'd love to hear from you so we can start a better conversation. Wolves at the Bottom of Space Mountain

Next stop... Parks Central. This episode, we discuss reopenings. Universal Studios Orlando is set to reopen June 5, Shanghai Disneyland is already open, Disney Springs is back too. What does that mean for the LA parks? And when parks open, will guests follow the safety requirements or will they fall out of the lap bars and wind up with the wolves at the bottom of Space Mountain? (It makes sense, I promise. Just listen to the show.)

The Magic Quarantinedom

Next stop... Parks Central. This episode, we have our panel discussing everything theme parks as a nice intro to the series. And being that we are currently in the midst of all theme parks being shut down, the closures are an elephant in the room that we have to acknowledge. Panel includes Mike Sandoval (MuseTV.net), Norm Gidney (HorrorBuzz.com), Josh and Jenna Nelson (Resort TV 1 on YouTube) and Kevin Perjurer (Defunctland on YouTube) joining host Charly Shelton (Make Believe TV Show, coming soon).
