Conspiracy Theory Story take a turn then hear my rant

So Boom! It's early in the morning on a summer night and you're getting ready for bed then your CO alarm starts to go off as it processed to ring profusely and excruciatingly loud. I immediately begin to panic. I am STILL NOT familiar with being a grown up yet so I ask my mother what should we do? (Me: "Maybe call the fire department?") STILL NOT being familiar with adulthood yet, I watched my mother dialed for the fire department. They dispatched immediately and firefighters were here within minutes. Yea.......I thought I could finish this story but that was pretty much the prequel to this episode🤣🤣🤣🤣 Hope you enjoy this episode tonight❤️❤️💜💜

    Let Go of Shame

Shame is something we all carry around. It's vile and we hide it deep in the crevices of our unconscious mind. In today's episode, I open up to my audience and share my own experience with Shame. It is a lot to unpack (which is why this episode is a lil longer). I started to realize that the more I talk about my shame, the less power it has over me. I hope you can find courage to talk about your shame and to love yourself even more through it. Just remember if you are scared to be judged by others, other people have their own demons in their closet too. Much Love to you all❤️

    Face Everything And Rise!!!!

Apologies for being away for so long but I've been working on myself so I can give more to you guys. But anyways, today's episode I talk about fear and confronting those feelings associated with fear. I've been seeing lately the word Fear as an acronym and it stands for Face Everything And Rise (F.E.A.R) because we should confront our negative feelings. But when you confront them this time, instead of fighting them, try showing them love because that's why we all should aspire to be❤️❤️

Porn is a serious bad habit you should break

We all are human and we get horny. With so much access to the internet, one of the most looked up things on the web is Porn. Porn is what everyone wants in the bedroom but the truth is, it's not your/our reality. Studies also shows that excessive amount of Porn consumption has a negative impact on your mental health. Join me today as I talk about why I decided to kick the bucket when it comes to porn. I hope this help us all❤❤❤

Release and Closure is apart of the Process

As you slow down mentally and spiritually, you begin to notice that your past catches up to you. But don't be scared. This is a normal process because we need to heal from our past traumas. We have to Release ourselves from the pain and the past. So cry it out as much as you have to and as much as you want too because once you do that, you will find So much peace once you have Closure after the Release.

Shoutout to Us Men of Color doing the damn thing.

Welcome Back to Another Episode. Today's episode means a lot. As a fellow young black man in the world, it can seem like we are stuck in our own way because we were told to not show emotion. There are a lot of stresses we deal with occasionally and traumas we hold onto. But lately a lot of Black men are coming forward and speaking on their issues with mental health and expressing their vulnerability. It brings me a lot of joy to know my fellow brothas are out there that are breaking free from their generational curses and trauma. So shoutout to us for doing the damn thing 1 time for the 1 time.

Trusting yourself and giving it all you've got.

Ever been stuck with deciding on what the best option for you is? We all have. It's funny that we all know what's right for us, but we'll rather please others and in doing that, we make others happy while denying ourselves. Today I want to talk about learning how to trust yourself and your ultimate intuitiveness. Take time to find out what YOU want. Cheers and Blessings.
