I wish to convey that we can be physically and mentally fit while discharging our police duties. It's on us how we take life. Everyone has 24 hours in a day but how we utilise these 24 hours makes all the difference. My attempt is to tell people that they must give some time to their physical fitness so that they are able to discharge their duties efficiently.
