    Dileri is a Holistic Physical Therapist who specializes in restoring the balance between body and mind to promote inner healing. Her focus is to de-stress, revitalize and re-energize the body – so the mind – in many different spectrums of life. She has a unique approach to Bodywork which concentrates on physical exercising while taking into account the integrated connection of mind, body and soul as a holistic complementary cycle. For Dileri Bodywork includes different types of therapies and techniques in complementary medicine which involve touching or manipulating the body with Ayurvedic Sessions, Teaching Pilates and Basic Yoga Classes focused on alignment, but also implementing proper food intake, meditation and dance as key to calm the mind. In this Podcast she wants simply to empower people through amazing life's stories with people she met around the world in her physical and spiritual journey. This first episodes talk about the beginning of her Spiritual path and what's the Event that initiated all of it.
