    summer shlump.

    give yourself some grace.

    all prompted because of a grade inputted into canvas. this episode goes into how we need to give ourselves more grace and it is okay to not meet perfection all of the time. i talk a lot about grades, but it can definitely be applied into all other aspects where you need a little more grace. we talk: - perfection - grades - the school system (briefly) - giving yourself grace - and as always, we check in with our hearts much love, rih. see more rainy day thoughts here :)

    adulting is hard.

    this episode is wild and crazy, but so is adulthood! i go into the things that are currently stressing me out and bringing mega stress to my life. but i also share a little bit of a tip on how to make adulting potentially easier. but! i am only 20, so don't hold me to that. we're all in this together, and i see you and i hear you. we talk about: nurturing adult relationships apartment hunting stupid shared laundry situations adulting in general and as always, we check in with our hearts, so stay tuned for that! much love, rih. see more of rainydays here :)

    slow down.

    today's rainy day thought is: slow down. we are constantly going at a rapid pace, oftentimes fully unaware that we are doing so. in this episode i discuss slowing down, taking some time for ourselves and giving ourselves grace and space ;) you deserve time for yourself and you should not feel like a failure for doing that. we discuss it all and more, and there are quite a few insights into my own personal experiences. i hope you enjoy and talk to you next week! much love, rih. click here for more rainydaythoughts :)
