    What if I was the toxic one?

    This Friday we are exploring the possibility that you could have been the villain in this story. In this episode, we are letting go of resentment and anger towards someone from our past for choosing themselves when we had hoped they would choose us. I think this episode has been a long time coming and it has really helped to process my feelings out loud like this. Till next Friday!
