So this is something I’ve been wanting to get into. My mental health hasn’t been high and I know I have the power to change that. I want to be able to give tips that helped me as well as grow myself during this.

    Same person different mindsets

    So I have been in the dumps lately and I know a lot of other people are down there too. This isn’t a guid by all means but it’s something I want to work on to better my own mind and if anyone listens hopefully betters there’s or gives them hope to try.
