We talk a bit about the struggles of getting a child diagnosed with autism and the hoops we have to jump through, including the issues of our health system.     This episode is nothing short of a doozy! We have a few scattered conversations about phones, from Cassie's broken phone (Thanks Baby Haus) to Flip Phones and those good old Nokia Bricks. Erik gives an update on his Liquid Diet and his Surgery Prep. He then calls out Cassie on a slightly embarrassing morning. Cassie tries to discover what's in the mystery package Erik is expecting.     Episode 7: From Layoffs and Last Meals to Masks and Musicals

    This episode is filled with excitement, and by excitement, I absolutely mean randomly getting off track and on tangents for practically the whole video. Erik brags about holding his tongue while also insulting Cassie in the process, so basically he failed at that. He then brags about his "super funny" painting joke. Cassie remembers her allergy shots halfway in and an excited game of will she die ensues. Cassie and Erik argue, as always, about a variety of things including Erik's pre-surgery diet and Cassie's medical history.     In an incredibly disappointing episode - Mama and Papa Haus discuss their week through an incredible amount of exhaustion (the Texas Sun and an outing at the Zoo did not do these two any favors today). They discuss the magical land of Buc-ee's, Erik's upcoming weight loss surgery, and various shenanigans of Baby Haus from the week. This episode is a little less comical than we're used to, but we feel the need to be real and the discussion of weight loss surgery is as real as it gets.
