In this episode Will catches up with Charlie Barnes, a good friend who lives on the island of St.Barth's and works as a waiter for the famous Nikki Beach restaurant. Having worked for them across the globe he has plenty of stories to tell. We talk about some of the famous people Charlie has served, including Leonardo Dicaprio, and discuss their prestigious New Years Eve parties that everyone wants to either be at or perform at! Charlie has a passion for flair bartending, have a look on his instagram 'Barnesbites' to see some tricks and skills. His knowledge is put to the test in a little quiz about St.Barth's with surprising results. Topics include: St.Barths, Caribbean history, High society and celebrities.

They discuss how she drummed up a gargantuan following of 13000 people in roughly 2 months, as well as talk about the very serious reasons behind Molly getting into the gym, her scoliosis. There is a section where will asks questions put forward by Molly's followers at '42:30'. Topics covered in this episode include Scoliosis, body-shaming, fitness and porn star names.

In this episode Will speaks to his very good friend Ben Watts about his life in Vietnam. Ben ventured to Vietnam to start a job as an English teacher not knowing a word of Vietnamese but seems to be getting along fine. Will tries to find out how difficult it's been for him to adjust and what it's like to be immersed in a completely new and totally strange culture. In this episode Will has the chance to speak to Emma Jones, a West-End performer, about her journey to performing for a living. The discussion starts by talking about how she has kept busy during lockdown and then moves to her experiences at Sylvia young and Urdang, both highly respected institutions in the performance world. It then moves on to talk about her various jobs, from working on a cruise ship travelling the world to the controversial yet highly praised show the Book of Mormon. It's an enlightening discussion for anyone who wants to listen to what goes on behind the curtain of some of the biggest shows in the West End. Some topics covered include body Image and racism.

An eclectic mix of people will feature varying from West End performers to English teachers in Vietnam and everything in between.  For the second episode Will has the opportunity to speak to Muscle man Jordan Grace, whose vegan diet is something of an anomaly in the world of weight-lifting. Weight-lifting has so totally taken over Jordan's life that even when discussing a burglary at his house someone joked that no one stole the car but Jordan merely got carried away bench pressing it. Having recently hit 4000 followers as Jagfit_UK on instagram he must be doing something right though! Topics covered include, steroid use and misuse, Veganism, the gym community and body image.

The Poems are as follows: Don't Quit - John Greenleaf Whittier Time - Valerie Bloom This is a different format to usual and the following episodes will feature discussions with people from across the world on varying topics of interest.
