CEO of Omnia, a Digital Marketing start-up founded during the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, which has since made multiple 6-figures in sales, Ali is someone who always looks for opportunities rather than excuses, which makes him the perfect guest for this month's podcast. Leadership in a Changing World

My guest for this month's podcast is Jessica O'Logbon. As the youngest NHS employee to receive the "Make a Difference" award, as well as being recognised as one of Powerless Media's Top 150 Future Leaders in 2019, Jessica is passionate about both leadership and widening participation, using her social media platform and voice to advocate towards these issues.
