    Season 3: Episode 1 - Sometimes the Rests in a Measure Serve a Higher Purpose

    After years away, Jeremy is back after being inspired by a friend and himself from five years ago. The message: Many of us desire rhythm in our day to day and, when there are interruptions to that rhythm, we feel anxiety and tension. Know that we are all part of a giant symphony and that not all members play the same part. There are times when our rhythm stops while others continue. Remember this...sometimes the rests in a measure serve a higher purpose. Do not lose your place in this Opus you are a part of.     Season 2 Episode 4: Communication is more than language...it is structure and empathy.

    If you always expect everyone to meet you where you're at, you'll often find yourself standing alone. Communication is as much of an art and courtesy as it is a necessity. Is your desire to be dominant stronger than your desire for what you want or need? Does it make sense to wade through a swamp to get what you want when there's a bridge that you carry with you at all times? Communication is more than language...it is structure and empathy. It is putting your agenda down and connecting outside of your comfort zone. It is bringing someone into your understanding and simultaneously entering theirs. It is a dance where, in the end, both parties walk away with their pride still intact and the desire to do it again without the tinge of hesitation.
