As this interview took place during the isolation, he has had to have patience and still motivate his team while their season is placed on hold. We talk fitness, the commitment this sport requires and what it will look like for him once team sports are free to play again.

    In this episode, I interview my older sister Laura Alexis. As someone who usually has her social calendar full of concerts and music festivals, she shares show she has adjusted to the current state of "shelter in place." While she currently lives in San Francisco, she also explains her move from her home in Texas while working in sales and tech. She is passionate about work-life balance and the way music can bring a community together. Tune into my sister and I chatting about isolation, raving in our living rooms and the importance of tunes.

She is the Managing Director at an events company who enjoys her busy social calendar which has required a lot of adjustment while self-isolating.     This podcast was inspired by self-isolation and long-distance hangs. I am a native Texan living in the UK and I’m familiar feeling little disconnected. I'm taking this opportunity to learn a little bit more about my friends and their exciting interests: we talk about the value of community, mental health, photography, producing podcasts, Animal Crossing, art... if I know them, I want to I interview them.
