    Most times fixers have the best intentions, yet fixers need to know when it is healthy to help others and when it is unhealthy. Fixers also need to know the healthy way to help others and what the unhealthy ways are. Fixers also need to recognize how they need to work on themselves as a fixer because this too can be a problem. Let's talk about it.

    Getting free from the burden of conflict

    Is the need to be right worth fighting for? Is proving your point really necessary? Is it even possible? We need to pick our battles because sometimes the person we are dealing with is not ready to be accountable for their own wrong doing. Sometimes people may not see how they may have offended someone.  Please listen as I share an incident that recently happened in my work place and how I realized that this was a battle I should not continue arguing.
