This Night Is Darker Than It Had Been

So every night, when your day is ending, even when you’re in pain, remember that somewhere, others are facing the longest night of their lives. When someone is struggling to survive their harshest night, hopelessness can so easily take a hold. So, as you lay your head on your pillow, please whisper a prayer for the men, women, and children whose long dark night is just beginning.
