Assalamualaikum & Good evening to everyone. I am Abdul Muiz and on behalf of Group C podcast on OB Related, You-Tube Videos review made for ADC601 Managing People and Organization. This is in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Master of Business Administration under Dr. Noor Fareen Abdul Rahim. For the requirement, we have been asked to make a review of a youtube video with a minimum duration of 20 minutes, and therefore, I have chosen speech from Professor Dr. Thijs Homan with the video titled; The inner side of Organizational Change. This speech was delivered during the TedX Conference in Amsterdam back in June 2017.
