    We Travel (Inward & Outward)

We Travel (Inward & Outward) Join us on a journey through Europe, the Swedish west coast and time as we on this brand spanking new episode talk about our summer holiday. Yes, it was recorded a while back, and yes, due to reasons such as phones resting at the bottom of a lake and so forth, the release of the episode is a little late. BUT - who cares about petty details like that when you can hear us talk about the Balkans in an honest but problematic way, a summer spent at home and taking up space that's not given to you. We welcome you on this journey with us.  Namaste @pup_cast

    We Open

This week we dig into Gatekeeping as we try to stay open. Nadine speak on (h)White Out West and how Black women cannot dance without being told it's anit-feminist. Jake deals with the rift between the African community and The African-American community. We also discuss the tradition of African families being matriarchal and always following the lineage of the mother. We also discuss hobbies, cheese, skateboarding, and the fall of humanity as we know it and our strategy's for the ensuing apocalypse.  Links to things discussed in the episode will be up soon on @pup_cast on Instagram. Peace and love from Lil Jake and Big Nads.

    We (not) Liberal

We accidentally insult French people everywhere and discuss the Swedish word for liberals. Jake comes out as warlock prospect, Nadine claims to have been to a party before ending all the fun with a quick lesson on colonial taxes. Links to things discussed in the episode will be up soon on @pup_cast on Instagram. Peace and love from Lil Jake and Big Nads.

    We Lit (gaslit)

At the best of times it’s out of love but it’s always enough to drive you crazy. We’re of course talking about gaslighting. As if that wasn’t enough, if you listen to the end you’ll get a 3 point checklist to see if your favorite company is genuine or trying to profit from BLM. All of this and much more free of charge!! We hope you enjoy and hit us up at @pup_cast on Instagram where you can also find links mentioned in the episode. Lots of love from Lil Jake and Big Nads. [ OUR BREAD IS BUTTERED ON BOTH SIDES General Foods has recognised the impertinence of black consumers as a distinct market for a long time. And along with that recognition came positive policies for developing the black consumer market. To do this, Cereal Foods makes an extra effort to get its message to the Black consumer. Placing advertising in major black newspapers and magazines across the country. And not just to sell products. But to give black consumers information about GF-sponsored development programs as well as important nutritional information. There’s a reason for our continuing effort to be in touch with black consumers. Because increased purchasing ability and improved standards of living have made the black consumer too important to be ignored .And that’s clout. We Healthy

What the health is going on in our hospitals and how are different cultures dealing with mental health? For this week’s debriefing from the parallel universe Jake goes through weathering, the fact that black women are 243% more likely to die during childbirth and pregnancy than white women in America. As if that wasn’t enough, Nadine shares stories about not feeling good in your brain and how systemic racism in Sweden is hurting people seeking medical care. Also we ask a favor of you all. Listen to find out what it is and hit us up @pup_cast on Instagram to share your thoughts and find more resources. Stay healthy, take care and spread the love. /Jacob & Nadine

    We Work, (kinda tho)

In a parallel universe a week can feel like a year and as we try to talk through how forced segregation is continuing to cause discrimination for poc looking for jobs, we inevitably get sidetracked by things like corporate responses to BLM, toning it down, why we’re not watching the news and Sweden’s two (!!) racist serial killers. Also, calling all recruiters to reach out and share their thoughts on the episode as well as all of you guys to let us know what you want to hear next! Much love Jacob and Nadine

    We Bust Racist Blisters

We burst racist blisters, Nadine calls herself a whale penis and Jacob speaks about copaganda and weird pedicures. But more importantly we dive into the layers and layers of white supremacy, segregation and the fact that we ALL need to unlearn racism. You can get started by listening to this episode and make sure to follow us on Instagram @pup_cast for more resources. Much love Jacob and Nadine Here is a link to the IN DEFENSE OF BLACK LIFE doc: Jacob talked about in the episode.

    We Pro-Protest

We Pro-Protest and we did an emergence episode. We wanted to give a few tips for people here in Sweden to help from far away by acting local but thinking global.
