    Send a text In honor of Mother's Day, Matt Krejci of MK Sports and Entertainment LLC interviews Jessica Koch Williams and Kersten Magrum Mitchell.  Jessica Koch Williams was a star basketball player at Missouri Western State before embarking on a professional career that took her to Bulgaria, Australia and Finland.  She is now retired and the proud mom of daughter Charlotte. Kersten Magrum Mitchell played at the University of Illinois and suffered a series of concussions that ended up derailing her collegiate career, and made her dream of playing professional basketball an afterthought.  But once her doctor cleared her to play again four years later, she showed everyone there was still some magic left! Kersten's inspiring story will be one you remember for a long time, and one she should be proud to share with her own children someday.  So sit back and enjoy these conversations with two former pro basketball stars who have made the transition to pro moms!

    MK Sports Around the World Podcast 7: Fallyn Freije and Her Transfer Story

    Send a text North Dakota native Fallyn Freije is one of the toughest competitors you'll ever meet.  In this episode, Matt Krejci of MK Sports and Entertainment LLC has a candid conversation with Fallyn about why she left the University of North Dakota after three years to play her senior season at Montana State University. Players transfer all the time and often it is because they don't believe they are playing enough, or maybe it's because things are just too difficult where they are. Fallyn was a star, loved her teammates, the university, and being able to play for the fans of her home state.  So what made her leave? Tune in to Episode 7 to find out how Fallyn went from North Dakota to Montana (and then to Sweden and Germany)!

    MK Sports Around the World Podcast Episode 6: The Covid19 Episode Featuring Kelly Moten and Marqu'es Webb

Krejci, Esq. of MK Sports and Entertainment LLC interviews talented pro basketball player Kelly Moten who is the reigning League Player of the Year in Germany's top league for women.  Kelly shares her basketball story, starting in Gary, Indiana and making stops in Emporia, Kansas where she became the NCAA2 National Player of the Year; Switzerland, and Germany, where Kelly is now a top professional player.  Hear how the German league has been able to play a full season in the midst of the surging pandemic (first 35 minutes of episode).    Marqu'es Webb was a star player at Vanderbilt before embarking on a two year professional career in the Czech Republic. She returned to Vandy to join the coaching staff in 2019.  Marqu'es is a future star in coaching and details all her program went through in the past year to try to play basketball. You'll find out what went into the difficult decision to cancel their season in January 2021 after only 8 games played (approximately the last 30 minutes of episode).

They may remember her being the shortest player in the WNBA and winning the league's Defensive Player of the Year award in her mid-30's!  They may even know she was the first female professional player to record a quadruple double when she played in the ABL.     Send a text Former Ohio State Buckeye and current professional basketball player Emilee Harmon is interviewed by Matt Krejci, Esq. of MK Sports and Entertainment LLC about her growing up in the Columbus area, the pressure on her at a young age to sign with Ohio State amongst offers from Duke, Purdue, Stanford and Notre Dame, and how she views the decision she made with the benefit of 10+ years of hindsight and the enjoyment of a successful overseas pro career.  Emilee is candid about her battles on the court and off as she has been thousands of miles away while her family has fought health battles of their own.  The podcast ends with an interview of former Michigan Wolverine and Columbus, OH native Carmen Reynolds.  She provides details on her own recruiting process and how she ended up at Michigan, her overseas playing career, and what she is doing now.
