Episode #1: "Callousing Your Mind" with Loic Perusset

WELCOME TO EPISODE ONE...which is slightly longer than planned...HOWEVER, we are discussing a great book with a great guest: Loic Perusset is a: UKDFBA British 5th UKDFBA USN Middleweight & Overall 1st NABBA NE 1st NPA MWC N1st Basically, if there's an acronym in the fitness awards world, he's got it... When he's not listening to Celine Dion, lifting an array of metal objects or winning awards, he's Head of Partnerships at the highly respected and recognised Muscle Food who specialise in delivering healthy food as well as tailored meal prep and diet plans to help customers reach their goals. It's not always been fun or easy for Loic, £15k of credit card debt, ballooning in size, a job he hated and a toxic relationship but it's led him to where he is. What's funny is, when he was at school at school, he always reminded me of Shaggy from Scooby Doo! However, fast forward a few years and he certainly doesn't look like he has that many scooby snacks anymore!! Loic is someone who wasn't given the genetics or foundations to be this sculpted as a birth right. He's had to work hard, he has had to train relentlessly but most of all - he's had to callous his mind. It only seemed fitting to have Loic on the first episode as we deconstruct and discuss Can't Hurt Me by the awe-inspiring David Goggins...
