    WhatMS E12 - The Pebble Analogy

    Sam comes back to help me out with this weeks episode :) We discuss and break down some writing I did 2 years before my official diagnosis of #multiplesclerosis - I'm describing what I was told by countless medical professionals was 'anxiety', when in reality I was describing in clear detail relapses/generally living life with MS. It amazes me still how I was able to put into words what life is like living with our illness, despite #MS not even being on my radar at this point. Thank you so much to Sam for her insights and help with this weeks episode & thank you to everyone that continues to listen to the podcast, and all the feedback I've recieved so far.     WhatMS E11 - Bonus Episode - A Chat With Ollie

    At the back end of last year Ollie asked me to help him with his own podcast (which will be linked as soon as it's officially up and running!). We filmed this episode for his podcast as kind of a test run and he's kindly said I could upload the episode to the WhatMS channel also. Its basically just story time, and I kinda cover a bit more in depth what went on in my life over the last couple of years. I also dicuss my time in a rehab facility, and my experiences withdrawing from the drug Pregabalin (also known by the brand name Lyrica). All of the content I put out is/are my own PERSONAL experience(s), and I am also aware that the drug in question is also helpful in some cases. I have previously been reluctant to share details about what I went through with it, but the reality is it happened to me - therefore I am now choosing to share, as I know there are people that have been through it too.
