Too often people believe they they have made a decision to change their lives, when in reality all they've done is signed up to try until it gets too uncomfortable. I'm a big believer that in order to get successful, we must step outside of our comfort zones. Because if we want to live a life we've never lived, we have to do things we've never done before.

    Affirmations for Self Love

    Self love is something we all get told will solve all of our problems, but it's not as easy as waving a magic wand and falling head over heels in love with ourselves. Like any relationship, it takes work and patience and understanding. On my journey of self development I've discovered things about myself I love and also wish could change - but I'm learning and practicing every day to be accepting and forgiving towards those parts of myself that, to me, aren't ideal and a bit part of the healing comes from self love affirmations. In this episode, I'll be sharing some powerful self love affirmations with you. Every time I say a statement, repeat it out loud and with conviction. And do this over and over again every day until you start to really believe in the statements and yourself.

    This week I made a decision & I stuck with it and ran with it to quit nicotine and stop being so dependant on something external for intrinsic happiness.  BUT I knew I couldn't do it completely alone, so I enlisted the help of a rather talented friend : Amit Badiani, AKA Magic Amit.
