    Anger, depression, and anxiety all effect how you react to not only yourself but to others. This happens especially when there is a lack of knowledge about oneself and lack of discipline which truly effects our mindset and relationship with others. Let’s take hold of our reactions. It is by learning not only more about ourselves, but how to control ourselves that we truly tap into emotional intelligence.

    Do you enable the people around you to drain you? Sometimes we do this without knowing it. Consider this perspective where it is a privilege to let others into your personal life.     How many times have you wanted to achieve something yet never did? Let’s be honest. There’s a lot of us that have so many hopes, dreams, goals, and wishes.
