2. RIP Joel Schumaker & the Batnipples

Guess who forgot to turn on their microphone properly? Anyways I’ve learned my lesson now. Regards less I’m back with another pod. Thanks to y’all who joined my party for one last week. If anyone ever has any topic suggestions or pop culture questions feel free to send me a tweet or message on the gram. Discussed on the podcast is: The cinemas continue to be undecided on when to reopen, we mourn the death director Joel Schumaker and celebrate the birthday of Paul McCartney, and we kick off my attempt to watch all the classic films that I haven’t seen yet with Pulp Fiction. 1. Party for One

How original! Another person has decided to start a podcast in 2020. Yes that’s me. Why not, I say. Basically how this is going to work is, each week I’m going to have thoughts on what’s happening in the entertainment world and I’ll share it here. Then if you find it interesting you’ll listen. Or you’ll tune out after a few minutes. Up to you. Discussed on the podcast is: How it took me more than half a year to get around to this, the 2020 Oscars, the impact of COVID 19 on the pop culture world, Michael Jordan being a beast in The Last Dance, Lady Gaga’s sixth album Chromatica, and my efforts to watch more classic films that I’ve never seen.
