From Audrey Werro's victory in the women's 800m to Klaudia Kazimierska's breakthrough win in the women's 1500m, there was plenty to get stuck into. The pair also discuss Georgia Hunter Bell, Nikki Hiltz, Josh Kerr and the incredibly deep men's 1500m field. And then there's Jakob Ingebrigtsen. After returning to running just weeks before the European Championships, Jakob produced another incredible performance in the men's 5000m, running 12:59.24 and producing a trademark final 100m. They also get into some of the bigger talking points around World Ultimate, including the prize money, athlete personalities, presentation, sponsor visibility and how athletics can continue to create bigger events around its biggest stars. Finally, they look ahead to Athlos, the all women's athletics event taking place in London, discussing its unique format, prize money and focus on creating a different experience for athletes.
