    Long-distance relationships & being single in your 20s

    Today we're talking about love. Whether you're single or in a relationship, I hope you'll get something from today's episode! Our lovely guest today is Erin, @egsgarms on Instagram, who talked about her own experience doing long distance with her partner, the advice that she would give to anyone experiencing it at the moment, and a lot more! But we also talked about being single in your 20s, the pressure that society puts you on, both for enjoying while you're young, and for finding a partner, and how the pandemic has affected those who weren't in a relationship.  It was a very interesting chat that I had with Erin, and I hope you'll like it! I've just been extremely busy and haven't been able to upload weekly...But today I'm bringing you the very last episode of 2020 where we will be talking about eating disorders; to raise some awareness on them, to be able to understand them better, etc. And for that I have the lovely Emily from @eatwithcare on Instagram to talk about her own story struggling with an ED  (also check out her new web page!) We talked about many important topics (apart from eating disorders) including obesity, fatphobia and intuitive eating.     Charla controvertida con un cura

    ÚLTIMO EPISODIO DE LA TEMPORADA  ¡Hola a todos!  Espero que estéis bien, hoy os traigo un episodio muy especial.     Por qué ya no soy vegetariana

    *Advertencia: en este episodio se hablará de comida, dietas, nutrición y trastornos de la conducta alimentaria, si eres una persona a la que estos temas le puede afectar, por favor no escuches el episodio de hoy.  ¡Hola! Esta semana hablo con una amiga sobre las etiquetas sociales, el vegetarianismo y el veganismo, así como lo que puede suceder si el comer sano se lleva al extremo (incluyendo su experiencia personal con eso). También hablaremos sobre nutrición y por qué pensamos que se debería incluir en el currículum académico de las escuelas.  Es importante que escuchéis el episodio entero para entenderlo todo ;). Es un tema que creo que puede generar mucho debate, dejar claro que esto no es la verdad absoluta y que nosotras solo hablamos a partir de nuestra experiencia y conocimientos sobre el tema. No estamos obligando a nadie a llevar ningún tipo de dieta ni nada por el estilo. I will be joined by Madi Walters (https://www.instagram.com/madiwalterss/), a fashion marketing student who will be talking about everything you need to know to understand what sustainable fashion is, what's the difference with fast fashion and why is it so important to educate yourself on this topic.
