Welcome, I'm Bre, I share encouraging and edifying messages for those who are ready for change but need the right environment. Viable living means you are capable of living a successful life according to your daily bread and it represents the life of a seed being cultivated into a beautiful flower. My prayer is that you grow successfully in every area of your life through the word of God and a genuine community. As always, some plant, some water but it is God will bring the increase.

    Never confuse Self-hate for Self-love

Loving yourself is loving every aspect of you and who you are becoming, becoming a beautiful flower from the soil you were planted in. Don't let the world tell you their way is the best way to love you. It's not a 3 step or 5 step method to self-love, it's simply accepting who you are as enough and becoming who you choose to be without apologies. It's time to stop functioning and start flourishing!

Are you tired of feeling stuck? Feeling like everyone around you are flourishing and moving but you can't seem to live the life that is meant for you? have you looked around your environment and doing some self reflection to see of there are some people, places and things( thoughts) that are no longer serving you? Sure you are the only one in control of your growth but when you are not intentional your environment will do the work of cultivating for you. Jesus wants you to take back your control of your environment and mindset and watch how you flourish. Don't give opposition any attention!

Don't give opposition any attention!   Matthew 14: 22-33 Jesus walks on water When you are in a place of growth in your faith there is always opposition pulling on you, people around you comfortable in mediocrity, emotions going wild, your children acting up, conflict on your job...  But this is the time to see it and don't see it, keep your eyes on Jesus, pray about it and keep moving bc the enemy wants you to settle where it's comfortable. He wants you to give up and forget about your BIG God.  Whatever you are facing understand that it's there to discourage you, confuse you and plain out detour you from your destiny. That's not who I am, that's what I've done

Many of us have been in a stand still going forth in the purpose and plan God has on our lives simply because we allow people, places and things hold our past over our head and God does not call the qualified, He qualifies the call... 2 Corinthians 5: 13-16 Paul wrote a letter to the corinthians, we are ambassadors for God and not men. Faith, Purpose and Wellness Series: Winning in Wellness

Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a more successful existence.   Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes, so that instead of just surviving, you're thriving.  Wellness is more than being free from illness, it is a dynamic process of change and growth which is why I believe holistic wellness is the beginning of a brighter future.   "...a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." - The World Health Organization.
