A Perfect Bite

As children, we are often fed "the perfect bite." A little bit of meat, a little rice, a little vegetable all on one spoon. But as we grow up and get into the real world, we realize there are no perfect bites. In a world dominated by Western culture and influences, how hard is it to grow up in a country surrounded by a mix of both East and West? A group of friends from varying countries in Asia discuss what it means to be a mix of cultures, and how we are increasingly challenged to choose what goes into each bite of life we experience.
