Soul Metabolism, Rage, Irritability & Emotional Alchemy

Your anger is not a character flaw, and your desire for more is not proof you are ungrateful. We are getting honest about the feelings women are trained to swallow, and we are turning them into fuel. We unpack “soul metabolism” as the way you metabolise life beyond food: your desires, relationships, creativity, money, romance, rest and the invisible life force energy that tells you what is true for you. When your soul metabolises faster than your circumstances, dissatisfaction is not drama, it is data. We talk about why different nervous systems need different things, why comparison creates shame, and how “it should be enough” often keeps women stuck tolerating the bare minimum. We also call out the places patriarchy hides in spirituality and personal development. “High vibes only” and law of attraction shortcuts can pressure you to bypass anger and grief, which conveniently stops you questioning what is unfair. The aim is not to act out from rage, but to contain it, listen to it, and channel it into boundaries, decisions and a clear direction. Think GPS: choose where you are headed, then put your time and energy behind it. If this lands, hit follow, share it with a friend who is done settling, and leave a review so more women can find the work. What would you create if you trusted your feelings? Want more from me? Alchemy, Ritual, Witchcraft & Healing My PTSD

You’ve been warned off spells, rituals, and witchcraft your whole life and not always subtly. So what happens when we stop treating “woo-woo” like a guilty secret and start seeing it as a tool for self-trust, healing, and power? I’m going there, properly. I talk about alchemy as intentional time with yourself: not a rigid rulebook, not perfect ingredients, and definitely not outsourcing your power to anyone else. I share how I used to be genuinely frightened of anything labelled “spell work”, and why that fear wasn’t just cultural conditioning it was rooted in childhood trauma and paranormal experiences. I also speak openly about the pain of not being believed, and how that kind of dismissal can keep us locked in fear. From that perspective, rituals aren’t about performance. They’re about nervous system honesty, intuition, boundaries, and finally giving yourself space to process what life has put on you and how this work helped me to heal from PTSD. We also get into the witch wound, why reclaiming “witch” can feel political, and why “love and light” spirituality doesn’t serve women who need protection, justice, and discernment. I tell the 2021 story where a simple but fierce ritual coincided with a rapid shift after a long period of feeling stuck and nothing working. Plus how owning what you want can change your standards in your home, your relationships, and your whole sense of self. If you’re searching for modern witchcraft for women, healing rituals, intuition-led spirituality, shadow work, manifestation alternatives, and grounded spell work, press play. Subscribe, share this with a woman who needs her power back, and leave a review so more people can find Truth and Transformation. Thrive In Love & The Problem With 'Feminine/Masculine' Teachings

Love should not feel like survival mode. We’re talking about what it really means to get the love you want and why a relationship is only worth choosing if you can actually thrive inside it. We get honest about the shame women are taught to carry for wanting partnership, being adored, or wanting effort, and we challenge the dangerous idea that “love is all you need” when the day-to-day reality is burnout, anxiety, and carrying the mental load alone. We also dig into dating and early relationship dynamics with a clear lens: actions matter, but patterns matter more. We talk about why you cannot “earn” commitment by chasing, why matching energy is a form of self-respect rather than a game, and why ignoring that off feeling can be costly. I name the reality of love bombing and performative green flags, and I explain what to look for over time so you can make decisions based on safety, consistency, and compatibility. Then we go straight into the feminine and masculine energy conversation. Some of those teachings helped me shift communication and change the dynamic in my own marriage, and I won’t throw away what works. But we also call out how these spaces get weaponised: rigid gender roles, centring men, praising bare minimum, blaming women for systemic inequality, and pushing financial dependence or emotional silence. The goal is a relationship built on reciprocity, shared competence, and real support, not a pretty story that keeps women stuck. Overwhelm & Women Feeling Not Enough & Too Much

You can do everything right and still feel like you are failing. That is not a flaw in you, it is a feature of a system that trains women to overgive, overthink, and overfunction while carrying invisible labour that barely gets named, let alone shared. I’m back relaunching Truth and Transformation with a clear intention: we stop turning women’s exhaustion into a private shame story.  We talk about the epidemic of burnout, anxiety, and overwhelm, and why “just work on yourself” can become a trap when it keeps you focused on fixing your personality instead of seeing patriarchy, capitalism, and the social rules that punish women for having needs. I also unpack how parts of the coaching, wellness, and spirituality spaces can accidentally or purposely reinforce self-blame, from law of attraction thinking to the idea that every struggle is your mindset, your money block, or what you attracted. Accountability matters, but relentless self-criticism is not growth, it is internalised misogyny wearing a nicer outfit.  From there we get practical: where do you feel behind, too much, or not enough, and what happens when you stop believing every intrusive thought? We explore self-compassion as a real skill, boundaries as a form of self-respect, and the courage to disappoint people. I share the idea of emotional alchemy and a “soul metabolism”, owning what you want without immediately acting on it, then building a container that supports your long-term wellbeing, relationships, and financial independence.  If this lands, subscribe, share it with a friend who needs it, and leave a review so more women can find the show.
