Episode 14: [see the description below]

Welcome to the K-Fic Cafe and episode 14 of our podcast series.  This week we talk about an overlooked aspect of writing:  descriptions/summaries/synopsis/etc. We discuss what it is and what we've noticed about it on Wattpad. We share the synopsis of some of our favorite books and what they do well, as well as showing some good and bad examples that we could find from Wattpad. Feel free to share your thoughts and ideas in the comments below!     If you have questions or anything, feel free to contact us if you want to discuss privately or if you need any proofreading/editing/advice help. You can reach us by DMing me on Wattpad or Instagram, or by emailing us. I (JT) constantly check our inbox.      You can support us financially by going to this link below. We encourage you to write your own 6 word stories to share with us! If you have questions or anything, feel free to contact us if you want to discuss privately or if you need any proofreading/editing/advice help. Welcome to the K-Fic Cafe and our ninth episode of our podcast series.  College is starting to become more active so we, JT and Jay, decided to talk tone down our podcasts and limit out its length. We talk more about some of our pet peeves and how we feel about them. Again, these are just our opinions on the topic and things we personally noticed so we ask that you take them with a grain of salt. Please think about them and let it inspire some new ideas and feel free to share them in the comment below (or if you have any questions or confusions).   Feel free to contact us if you have questions or anything, in general, you want to discuss privately or if you need any proofreading/editing/advice help. Welcome to the K-Fic Cafe and our eighth episode of our podcast series.    Because school has started for both of us, JT and Jay, we decided to talk about some pet peeves suggested by friends and discorders. We are joined by fellow Wattpad writer GotNoJams0613, who also shares some opinions on these pet peeves in question.  Again, these are just our opinions on the topic and things we personally noticed so we ask that you take them with a grain of salt. Episode 7: Show, Don't Tell

Welcome to the K-Fic Cafe and our seventh episode of our podcast series. Today, we, JT and Jay, talk about an infamous writing technique of "Show, Don't Tell."  We are sure you've heard of this before but what exactly does it mean? Well, don't worry we break it down and differentiate clearly between telling and showing, also offering ideas on how to balance between the two and when to use them in your stories. Again, these are just our opinions on the topic and things we personally noticed so we ask that you take them with a grain of salt. Please think about them and let it inspire some new ideas and feel free to share them in the comment below (or if you have any questions or confusions). If you have any discussion ideas or things you want us to address in future episodes, please let us know in the comments or email us at thekficcafe@gmail.com. We will include them if they are not already on our radar. We know some people already reached out to include other topics and ideas but we plan to get to most of them in the near future. Feel free to contact us if you have questions or anything, in general, you want to discuss privately or if you need any proofreading/editing/advice help. You can reach us by DMing me on Wattpad or Instagram, or by emailing us. I (JT) constantly check our inbox.
