    We all know that person — the one who leaves you feeling worse off after interacting with them. Maybe it’s a manipulative family member or a co-worker who can’t stop complaining about every little thing. It’s common to refer to these people as being toxic. You might have come across a million manipulative people and thousands of toxic people but isn’t it your job to protect your energy from all of them? Come let’s see How!

    Choose Yourself

    In everybody’s life, there comes a time where you have to disappoint everyone to be true to yourself. And if you say “No” to yourself out of fear of rejection or abandonment and yes to them for validation and approval, there are high chances that you regret it for your whole life! We all want to feel loved, accepted, and appreciated by our families, and we all want to make those we love, proud. And even though it’s wonderful to have all of these things and many others, it’s even more beautiful to be loved for who we truly are; it’s even more beautiful to be loved for always being honest with ourselves and with those we love – for standing our ground and for always living in alignment with who we truly are, and not in alignment with who the world expects us to be.

    Forgive Yourself

    We think that if we hang on to upsetting experiences through our thoughts and words, then we are giving a clear message to the other person that we are stronger and better than they are and we will not let them forget it! However, the real question becomes: Who are we actually hurting by carrying around past suffering with us? Could it be us? Could it be true that the other person has moved on, and that, we are the ones who are powerless, allowing the actions of another to control our lives and hold us back? Could we be "drinking poison" and expecting the other person to die?

    Ever thought why do we have many religions in this world? Because people got a reason to look up to something when nothing works out, I am calling it “Faith” Everyday every moment along with every failure is definitely making you evolve as a better person than yesterday and that’s all matters at the end

    STOP.IT.RIGHT.NOW

    Not sure when this journey ends, think of smiling at someone when they needed it, give an ear when they want to talk about it, stop stooping so low to tell them that they are bad, stop insulting people based on their designations, stop believing your own opinions about someone and spreading across the same everywhere. Especially if you are that person who is trying to induce guilt into someone’s mind.. STOP Staaaaap
