Regardless of whether you think Lindsay Clancy is guilty or not, she is responsible for those children not being here. None of us will ever truly know what her mental state was when she was dealing with PPD and while factors such as inadequate care contributed to her deteriorating state of mind, someone needs to be held responsible. Fingers should be pointed in the direction of the healthcare system and Lindsay’s doctors and not a single juror. If the holdout held a sincere belief that Lindsay was aware of what she did or was not willing to give in because of that belief, that is within his rights as a juror. There is no clear intent on the part of this juror to deny justice or disregard the law. This is a disproportionate response to her attorneys not receiving the outcome they’d hoped for. I believe that Lindsay was not aware of what she had done, but ultimately she is responsible for what happened after the fact.

The hosts don’t tell us about the cases, and their analysis-without-context from the jump is not as insightful as they seem to think it is. At least start out with providing details about the case and then move onto the abnormal psychology of the perpetrator. And for god’s sake, write a script. The high rating here shocks me.

I was an avid follower of HTC dispute their shortcomings. However, their coverage of the Lindsey Clancy trial was so incredibly unprofessional, biased, and anti victim that I unfollowed and unsubscribed about halfway through the trial. If you like really really bad journalism, this is the show for you.
